I am not a runner - never have been. I would love too, but I've never been good at it. And now, after two kids and weak core muscles, it presents a whole load of new problems. But in this time, whilst you are all looking after your kids and limited access to the great outdoors, you've got to look after yourself too and think what are you going to do to keep fit?
I have been doing the PE sessions with Jo Wicks online with my little ones and I have really enjoyed it - I know it's for them, but I am knackered by the end of the warm up mind! Other people are now offering lessons online, and it makes me wonder how things will change, once we get to the other side of this virus.
